Barbie Forteza could not help but feel emotional with her boyfriend Jak Roberto’s surprise for her on Valentine’s Day.
Last Thursday, February 14, Jak set up a romantic “movie-like” dinner date for Barbie at her family home in Biñan City, Laguna.
The 21-year-old Kapuso actress shared a photo of them together on Instagram and wrote, “Just when you think Vday is over…”
Jak also posted his surprise for Barbie on his Instagram account and wrote, “Hmpppp akala mo wala tayong date ngayong Valentine’s day no? Happy Valentine’s day Gorgeous! <3<3<3”
He also thanked Barbie’s mom, Amy Forteza, and those others who helped him pull it off.
Jak continued, “Thanks you so much sa malaking tulong tita Amy <3

caught Barbie’s reaction to his Valentine’s Day treat on video and shared it on the actress’s Youtube channel early today, February 15.
The KaraMia actor also shared snippets of how he prepared his surprise for Barbie.
Jak prepared dinner for two at the living area of Barbie’s home.
He filled the room with red and white roses lit it up with romantic candles and LED lights.
The GMA Artist Center talent personally cooked Barbie’s favorite food for their dinner including Bistek Tagalog and hotdogs.
Barbie shared her thoughts about Jak’s suprise on the description box of her vlog post on Youtube.
The Kapuso actress said her boyfriend played a prank on her a few days before Valentine’s Day.
She wrote, “Best surprise… yet.
“Sabi niya ba naman kasi saken, “May trabaho tayo sa Vday kaya di natin mace-celebrate. Ikaw naman. Wag mo ng i-big deal ang Valentine’s”
“Kaya mula kahapon sa taping, super dedma na ko sakanya.
“Taos may pa-ganito pala…. Maraming salamat sa lahat lahat, Mahal Ko!
“Sorry po kung nagalit ako agad dahil akala ko wala lang sayo ang araw na to.
“Yun pala, last week mo pa pinaplano.
“Happy 2nd Valentine’s, Mahal Ko! Mahal na mahal kita.
“Special thanks to: Mama Amy and Donna Manuel (sa pagcapture ng moment na ito)”
This is Jak and Barbie’s second Valentine’s Day celebration as a couple.
Barbie and Jak became close when they starred in the prime time series Meant To Be.
They confirmed their relationship in August 2017 .
